Heather Heefner View Bio	President Presides over formal and informal chapter meetings, conducts all ritual services, oversees the executive council and their branches, is a member of the house corporation board, handles affiliations and resignations, corresponds with chapter advisor, Regional Coordinator, and International Headquarters, facilitates all procedures pertaining to elections and membership selection, and has a thorough knowledge of the President's Book.
Kate Syme View Bio	Vice President of Administration Is responsible for the organizational aspects of the sorority. The Administrative Vice President puts together the chapter calendar, sends daily newsletters via email, updates our bylaws, coordinates International Officer visits, oversees annual elections, and organizes our officer transition.
Madison Pelletier View Bio	Vice President of Education m.pelletier@tcu.edu Ensures all members of Gamma Phi Beta are knowledgeable about Gamma Phi Beta and Gamma Phi Beta's goals. We also plan and coordinate sisterhood activities to promote friendships and support. The Education Department also specializes in scholarship, new member education, & chapter retreats.
Maggie King View Bio	Vice President of Finance Prepares and monitors a chapter budget, informs the chapter about financial obligations, keeps track of receipts and reimbursements, pays all chapter bills, oversees the assistant financial and house manager, is a member of the house corporation board, and prepares paperwork for internationals about financial standing of the chapter.
Mariam Khedery View Bio	Vice President of Membership mariam.z.khedery@tcu.edu Responsible for a smooth recruitment process and everything that leads up to that point. This includes workshops and recruitment school. The girls in this department work together and in their own areas to make recruitment a success.
Cristina Leiva View Bio	Vice President of Panhellenic Affairs c.b.leiva@tcu.edu The Panhellenic Department is the liason between the sorority and the rest of the Greek organizations on campus. She communicates information about other philanthropic events and various activities that include all greek organizations.
Dani Lutes View Bio	Vice President of Public Relations dklutes@tcu.edu In charge of the representation of our sorority. Works to uphold and promote a positive image for Gamma Phi Beta. This job includes the planning of social events, parent’s weekend, and involvement with other organizations on campus, website, homecoming, philanthropy, and our Gamma Phi attire around campus.
